COVID-19 Club Rules

What do I need to do?

1. Complete our Club Membership Form
2. Complete the England Hockey Participation Agreement
3. Register on the England Hockey GMS (Game Management System)
4. For each club event complete the COVID-19 health declaration form on Teamo - this is our Track & Trace App; download links below.

At Matches and Training

All players, coaches, umpires & spectators need to confirm their attendance and complete the Covid Health Declaration on Teamo within 3 hours of attending a match, training session or club event. Your captain will have more details on how to register your supporters with the Teamo app.

Each group at training and each team on match day has been allocated their own equipment ie. balls & cones.

Coaches & Umpires

3. Coaches - Session plans to incorporate Government and England Hockey COVID-19 Guidelines and Recommendations. Session plans must be submitted to the appointed Club COVID-19 Officer before each session.
